Hydraulic Coupler油封失效或油封相对轴面有划痕等缺陷,此类缺陷处理相对简单,只要在检修时更换油封或修理轴封相对的轴面缺陷就能解决。
密封胶失效或检修密封胶未涂均匀,在运行时发现端面漏油和螺栓孔漏油就是这以原因造成,只要检修时重新进行密封处理即可。
润滑油压过高,此类缺陷基本是由油泵断面间隙过小造成,只要重新调整油泵端口面间隙时期符合要求就能消除。
限矩型液力偶合器的充液量与传递功率有正比趋向,即在规定的充液范围内,工作腔充液量越大,其传动力矩(或传速)的能力也越大;反之亦然。在外载荷时,充液量越多,效率越高,偶合器启动力矩和过载系数也越大;反之亦然。
Hydraulic Coupler有其特定的功率范围,称为功率带,此功率带与偶合器充液量相对应。偶合器充液量范围为总容积的40-80%;充液率小于40%时,偶合器因未发挥其传递功率能力而显得不经济,也因轴承得不到润滑而加速磨损,易产生振动,同时也易于过热。充液量大于80%时,则因工作腔内缺乏液流流态变化的足够空间而影响液力偶合器特性——过热保护性能变差。如果腔内全充满液体,则不但特性变坏,更因液体受热膨胀后引起密封失效或液力偶合器壳体。为此,切不可误根据的灌注,更不可全 。
